Backtrace from the hung process.

I'm running into a major deadlock in the assembly loader lock, presumably
caused by mono_assembly_invoke_load_hook. Trace is attached.

Seems to be causing the major MD bug 542750 that's affecting a lot of our
MonoTouch users.
