Description of Problem:When you click the mouse anywhere in the code editor,
MonoDevelop is taking about 5 seconds to show the cursor blinking in the new
location.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click anywhere in the code editor.
2. Wait a few seconds for cursor to start blinking in new location


Actual Results: cursor responds after a delay


Expected Results: cursor should start blinking in new location immediately


How often does this happen? always


Additional Information: this s in the latest MonoDevelop bits that just shipped
with MonoTouch 1.1
