This might be an edge case, but I've needed to create a different App ID with a
different bundle identifier for the app store distribution build of my app. 
The iPhone Build and iPhone Bundle Signing settings in Project Options use the
Configurations to let you put in different settings depending on the active
Configuration.  It would be useful if this could be applied to the iPhone
Application settings pane as well, that way different bundle identifiers or
versions could be specified for different configurations.
