ToolStripLabel doesn't fire Doubleclick event
(with DoubleClickEnabled = true)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile and run attached testcase
2.double click on the ToolStripLabel ("Caption")
3.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Window caption text should become "DblClicked"
