Fixes  mono_class_vtable behavior.

This patch makes  mono_class_vtable raise an exception every time that a broken
type is passed.

This behavior is not the best we can wish for, the right fix is part of 2.6 and
is too complex to be backported. OTOH it won't break working applications.

With this patch the supplied sample no longer crashes.
