A little more info after poking around this thing today.  Make sure the missing
assembly error references FiveMaker (you are in the bin directory), otherwise
you just get the missing Worker.dll message and no crash (as expected).  We
reproduced in mono 1.9, so it's an old bug, but not in 1.2.6.  I had trouble
deciding how best to build versions in between.
