Description of Problem:
When trying to use Mono.Data.Sqlite I recieve the message- Your sqlite3 version
is old - please upgrade to at least v3.5.0!

After doing some searching, I found the following discussion thread-
http://lists.ximian.com/pipermail/monotouch/2009-October/001461.html.

In this discussion it was mentioned that no one is experiencing this problem
using Snow Leopard. So the likely conclusion is that Mono.Data.Sqlite just
doesn't work within the iPhone simulator on Leopard. I attempted to follow up
on the status by checking the status of the bug; however, I could not find the
bug anywhere in the bugtracker.... maybe I just missed it but I really did do
quite a bit of searching before submitting this... so I'm doubtful as to
whether or not it actually got entered into the bugtracker system.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try using Mono.Data.Sqlite on Leopard in the iPhone simulator [Not snow
leopard]

Actual Results:
Error - Your sqlite3 version is old - please upgrade to at least v3.5.0!

Expected Results:
I should be able to use these classes.

How often does this happen?
Consistently/Happens every time I try to use in the simulator

Additional Information:
N/A
