Fixed in r146126 (trunk), r146127 (2.6 branch) and r146128 (2.4 branch)

Thanks for the test case, Jan! Your solution idea could work, but the problem
was elsewhere - GridView wasn't notified that TableSection was set on one of
its row and, in effect, it failed to generate section tags.
