Does this happen when you run the app with just xsp? In any case, please attach
a small, self-contained test case which reproduces the problem - it is not
possible to tell what is causing the issue from your report. The only guess I
can make is that the server's environment is missing the SCRIPT_FILENAME
variable, as that's where the physical path to the script is taken from and the
variable missing eventually would lead to what you see above. And please DO NOT
set ANY bugs to Blocker status - it won't make resolution faster, and this bug
is certainly not a blocker.
