Closing this bug is wrong. We need to verify if HttpTransportBindingElement
hack is valid. I especially in doubt because of lacking certificate handling
difference and SslStreamUpgrade stuff in System.ServiceModel.Channels.

In general, for NotImplemented stuff, users should not expect too much for this
*alpha* component. It is in alpha stage not because there was almost no user
but because they are ongoing effort even in mono itself.
