Ugh, while trying to get windows builds going again I removed that checkout. 
Windows is pretty broken right now.  It seems to no be able to send data back
to the webservice when running under .NET.  Also the paths are messed up, I
can't find where it supposedly put my source-cache directory that I make during
the svn update and the logs are in a subdirectory of the lane/revision
directory, but not a directory called logs.
