Thanks for the hint. Updated the code.
But this doesn't take use anywhere. Now I have the problem in

using (var scope = new OperationContextScope (proxy.InnerChannel)) 
..

It also triggers CreateChannel. But I need this feature in order to add a
message header to the outgoing message :(
