I've got a hack in place for the addon packages (source the environment in the
bin wrapper) which I can pull down for 1.0 without any source changes if we
want.

The longer-term fix is to source the environment in the bin/mono wrapper script
in the mono-addon-core package but we don't want to do that because it would
delay the already-delayed addon update.
