Example project that shows the error

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-GB; rv:1.9.0.10)
Gecko/2009042523 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Firefox/3.0.10

When using the System.Drawing libraries to resize an image, the resulting image
will be partially or completely black. This is not a problem when run in .NET.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the test included

Actual Results:  
The images produced are black instead of a resize of the original file.

Expected Results:  
It should have generated a set of resized images.
