On MS .NET 2.0 all controls on Toolstrip are center vertically aligned. On Mono
Combos and edit boxes are center aligned but labels are not. This produces bad
look and feel of such interface. Labels should be also center aligned.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the attached binaries. Observe Page edit box and label after it.
2. On MS .NET 2.0 everything is nicely aligned. On Mono labels are bottom
aligned. Especially the last label looks very ugly.

Expected Results:  
Align labels vertically to the center of tool strip as it is on MS .NET.
