Hello Anil,

A similar exception is thrown with .NET if you provide an invalid password, so
your code should be catching a CryptographicException (just try the same code
with .NET).

And please follow the guidelines when fixing bugs.   You should not set the
priority for Mono bugs, it is the Mono team that sets them.
