I'm not seeing this on WinVista 64 against opensuse 11.1 i586 backend running
monovs 0.1p4.

I'm seeing different start up times depending on the browser though.

Firefox takes about 6 seconds
IE takes about 6 seconds
Google Chrome takes less than 1 second

All browsers were set to be the default during their test.

When testing on WinXP x86_64, I *did* see the same behavior as Thomas with IE
and Firefox but not with Google Chrome.  Chrome opened up in less than a second
while IE and Firefox both took approximately 30 seconds to open.
