Ok, just committed a larger fix to the debugger which fixes this.

You need SVN revisions 134404-134408 from trunk.  They have been merged in
134410-134414 in mono-2-4-branch and 134415-134419 in mono-2-4-1-branch.  There
are no changes in the MonoVS module or the runtime.
