PS: another detail beyond the scope of this bug report, which I can report
separately if deemed necessary.
When the extra ToolStrip elements are displayed, if you press Alt, this closes
the extra element drop-down list with .NET, but not with Mono. I guess this has
to do with focus going back somewhere else...

One last cosmetic detail: you can see the ToolStrip bar and the arrow button on
the right are rounded with .NET, but not with Mono.
