Applied this patch too (r133908).

W3C spec conformance is more important than compatibility (you should file .NET
bugs on their feedback instead) but this case is rather likely about spec
interpretation (though I haven't dug in section 3.4.2 - "Complex Type
Definition with complex content Schema Component" - {content-type} in depth, so
I still might be misinterpreting or missing other parts).
