Description of Problem:

monovs-0.1p4:
   WinXP with monovs plugin r1866
   opensuse 11.1 x86_64 with monovs-server-0.1.1866-1.1


I set a breakpoint in BlogEngine.NET on line 16 of default.aspx.cs:

   protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)

If debugging locally using .NET, this breakpoint is properly hit.  If debugging
remotely using Mono, this breakpoint is never hit.
