This is still broken in MonoVS 0.1p4.

With r1866 installed on WinXP x86_64 and monovs-server-0.1.1866-1.1 on OpenSUSE
11.1 x86_64, I am still unable to stop a running process by right clicking the
window's tray icon, and choosing "Stop".
