Description of Problem:

WinXP x86_64 with VS2008 and monovs plugin p3 (r1848)
opensuse 11.1 x86_64 with monovs-server-0.1.1848-1.1

Cannot debug a simple windows form app remotely.

To reproduce, in VS:

   1. Open Visual Studio.
   2. Create a new winforms project.
         1. File
         2. New Project
         3. Visual C#
         4. Windows
         5. Windows Forms Application
   3. [The Linux server should be running.]
   4. Set break point in Form1() at InitializeComponent();
   4. Mono->Debug Remotely in Mono

A warning icon at the breakpoint is displayed with a pop-up bubble saying:

"At Form1.cs. line 17 character 13 ('WindowsFormsApplication1.Form1.Form1()',
line 3) The breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symbols have been loaded
for this document."
