Somehow, Default.aspx.cs contains a '#pragma checksum' when using trunk, but
not when using 2-4-1 - but all the related changes (130971, 130763, 130664,
130566) seem to be merged into 2-4-1.

However, it's also not working on trunk, still investigating ....
