The sample works correctly using SVN HEAD. It also works using Mono 2.0.1 as
installed on SLED11.

I added the unit test in r133428 and it works on both NET_2_0 and NET_1_1
profile.

I suspect this was fixed a while ago but I don't have a Mac to test this, so
I'll let the bots run the new test case before closing this issue.
