Cursor.Hide() example

Description of Problem:
The Cursor.Hide() method doesn't work as expected.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Compile and run program: gmcs -pkg:dotnet
2. Move the cursor over the form


Actual Results:
Cursor isn't hidden.

Expected Results:
Cursor hidden.

How often does this happen?
Always
