Somehow missed this bug, I am really sorry. I have similar changes in my local
tree that will be committed in a while.

Gert: Yes, those states are fine.  These states pertain mostly to
SequentialAccess behavior and this block/hang happens only when you run
multiple SequentialAccess behavior queries in the same tds instance.  

These changes will fix not just the above tests and but other SequentialAccess
tests as well.
