Fixed in r1835.  Note that you have to stop the server using the menu item Quit
or Server Active.  If you kill the process or use Ctrl-C, the server will never
get a chance to broadcast the "I'm gone" message, so the entry will stay on the
windows side until it is closed and reopened.
