Description of Problem:

Windows XP
VS 2008
mono VS Plugin r1829 on Windows
monovs-server-0.1.1829-1.2 on opensuse 11.1 x86_64

Following the steps outlined in this test case:

   1. Open Visual Studio.
   2. Create a new winforms project.
         1. File
         2. New Project
         3. Visual C#
         4. Windows
         5. Windows Forms Application
   3. [The Linux server should be running.]
   4. Mono->Run Remotely in Mono
   5. Select a server.
   6. Right click the tray icon, choose "Stop".

Alternate Form closing flows:
A1. Close the form on Linux using the window manager's Close icon.
A2. Close the Linux server using its tray icon.
A3. Kill the Linux server. (Ctrl-C/pid kill).

The application correctly starts up on the remote Linux side but cannot be
stopped by using the tray icon on the Windows side. The tray icon on the
windows side disappears but the application is still running on the Linux side.
