Description of Problem:
An exception occured when using special value FullyExpand in property
ExpandDepth of a TreeView

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Define an asp.net web page with a TreeView instance
2. Set ExpandDepth="FullyExpand" (only possible in markup)
3. run xsp2


Actual Results:
exception


Expected Results:
fully expanded treeview
