Ok, it shows up now. But it's still not working correctly. Here are some
scenarios I've noticed:

1. start typing
2. popup appears, type completion has suggested an item
3. press tab to move to another input field
4. popup remains, ValueChanged event not triggered

2. popup appears, type completion has suggested an item
3. press Enter to accept suggested item
4. popup disappears, ValueChanged event not triggered

1. start typing
2. popup appears, type completion has suggested an item
3. select an item from popup with mouse
4. popup disappears, ValueChanged event not triggered
