The VS 2005 project.

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7)
Gecko/2009021910 Firefox/3.0.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

I'm currently testing with Mono 2.4 RC3. Attached is a simple VS 2005 project
that I'm using to test out issues on OSX. It contains the source code and the
compiled exe is in the bin/Debug folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the exe with Mono and check (4) on the General tab. Click the File Browser
or Folder Browser button, and you'll see that you can't access anything outside
of the user's folder. With the File Browser, you can play with the Back/Up
buttons to eventually get there, but there is no apparent workaround in the
Folder Browser.

Actual Results:
I can't browse folders like /Applications or /Volumes.

Expected Results:
I should be able to browse these folders.
