Summary: Splitters don't always end up where you release the
                    mouse button
    Classification: Mono
           Product: Mono: Class Libraries
           Version: 2.4.x
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 - None
         Component: Windows.Forms

Gecko/2009021910 Firefox/3.0.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Attached is a simple VS 2005 project that I'm using to test out issues on OSX.
It contains the source code and the compiled exe is in the bin/Debug folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the exe with Mono and check (3) on the General tab. If you try a few times
to move the splitter, it will eventually stop working properly.

Actual Results:
For example, with the Vertical Scroll Bar test, sometimes I have to move my
mouse cursor all the to the right side of my monitor to move the splitter to
the right. This problem occurs for splitters in general, as well as the split
container control.

Expected Results:
The splitter should always end up where I place it.
