Description of Problem:
Application.Idle event is fired different depending on OS + framework
combination:

Vista + .net = fires once
Vista + mono = does not fire at all
OpenSuse 11.0 + mono = fires continuously

Steps to reproduce the problem:

using System;
using System.Windows.Forms;
namespace AppIdleTest
{
 public class MainForm : Form
 {
  static void Main()
  {
   Application.Run(new MainForm());
  }
  public MainForm()
  {
   Application.Idle += delegate {
    System.Console.WriteLine("idle");
    };
  }
 }
}


Actual Results:
Vista + .net = fires once
Vista + mono = does not fire at all
OpenSuse 11.0 + mono = fires continuously

How often does this happen? 
Always
