GdipCreateFromHDC fix

GdipCreateFromHDC fix to handle memory buffers and allow GdipCreateFromHDC to
be used on the HDC of graphics objects it has created.

I tested this patch with the previously posted sample code with the latest svn
(r124838). 

I also tested this patch with svn r89230 (hardy current version built to use
system cairo)
