Description of Problem:
I have written an small application (with VisualBasic 2008 Express) with a
toolbar (ToolStrip) dynamically build with the help of a xml file.
Images of the buttons for the toolbar are saved on the disk mostly as png
format.

If the image is saved in Grayscale-alpha (grayscale with alpha transparency),
the button looks weird (nothing to do with the image).
Re-saving the image in RGB-alpha solve the problem.

It seems that Mono don't try to detect the format of the image and assume every
thing to be in RGB
