Patch to avoid 4GB alignment that breaks mkbundle on PPC

Turns out this breaks PPC32 as well but was hidden because testbundle has been
disabled for POWERPC.

If we apply this patch we can run testmkbundle for both PPC32/PPC64 at least
for the non-cross case (32-bit build for -m32 default and 64-bit build for -m64
default.

There remains a problem for the cross build case. But this is the base problem
and we should fix this!
