Clicking the button on the form should toggle a drop down to display. The drop
down should be the size of the dropped control. In Mono the drop down size is
smaller and the the expected size.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run app in Mono on Win XP
2. Click Button

Actual Results:  
Small drop down panel about 20 pixels high and 350 pixels wide.

Expected Results:  
Drop down panel should be taller than 20 pixels.
