Joe, alas, I can't even compile MojoPortal with MonoDevelop (both trunk).
Whether using mdtool or the GUI mojoPortal.Web fails to compile (even after I
change its target to 3.5, it still contains unresolved assembly references and
fails to reference System.Core, even though it's resolved fine). Can you
provide a binary download of the version you use (configured for pgsql if
possible)?
