Performance results for the current patch set

The attached OpenOffice Calc file contains performance data comparing mono-2-4
to mono-2-4 with patches above applied. For PPC970 and PPC32 the improvement is
11.5% overall. I included PPC64 data for optimized case but still need to
collect the PPC64 base numbers.
