I tested this with MDB and can't reproduce it here when running MonoDevelop the
2nd time (see #515803).

However, there was a regression in MDB which could be related - it was
introduced in r135621 and fixed in r136621.  Could you please check whether
your version of MDB is between these revisions and upgrade or downgrade if
necessary ?

Just checked inside MonoDevelop as well - here, it also crashes when run the
first time, like in #515803.  When run the 2nd time, MonoDevelop starts fine,
but it's not hitting the breakpoint.  I'll have a look at that.
