Test case

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1pre)
Gecko/20090621 Shiretoko/3.5pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

The TabControl control doesn't look right in Mono.

The issues:

- On Windows, the VisualStyles are not applied (ie: Windows classic look is
always used)
- Tab texts are not centered
- Tab selection focus isn't displayed (even though it's ugly)
