When setting Cursor property for a MDI child window this setting gets forgotten
when leaving the window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile and run attached test.cs
2.move the mouse pointer outside and then inside the child window
3.notice that the cursor has changed back to default style


Expected Results:  
Cursor shape should stay.
