When a ListBox contains long text and a horizontal scrollbar is available then
scrolling horizontally leads to unreadable crippled text.
HorizontalScrollbar property has to be set for the ListBox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile and run attached test.cs
2.scroll listbox horizontally
3.
Actual Results:  
crippled text
