When scrolling within a ListBox with up/down keys only the bottom (or top)
lines are actualized.
This leads to wrong mixing of items.
This applies also to ownerdraw modes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile and run attached test.cs
2.scroll down the ListBox with down key till end, scroll up till end
3.notice that the items get mixed up
