Description of Problem:

when running xsp or xsp2 in the /usr/lib/xsp/test directory, the last test
suite in the list is Webservice.

On mono-2.4, this test suite appears in the default list of tests, while on
2.4.2 it does not, causing our automation to fail.  This is a regression.
