When calling Size/Move on a MDI child window menu one expects to size/move the
window with arrow keys like usual for normal windows.
Dragging it with the mouse (like it's implemented now) makes very little sense
because moving/sizing with the mouse is always possible.
This behaviour is different from Windows.

1.compile and run attached test.cs
2.try to size/move the child window via keyboard
