3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

When attempting to load/access a .resources file via ResourceReader which has
cultureinfo in it (generated by a windows tool), the app crashes with

System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationException: Field
"dateTimeOffsetPattern" not found in class
System.Globalization.DateTimeFormatInfo

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compile and run attached file

Actual Results:  
Exception

Expected Results:  
No Exception :-)

CultureInfo is located in mscorlib, but mscorlib is not in the list.
Maybe this crash doesn't happen if the resource is created by mono, but
it points to an incompatible structure and therefore i posted it here.
(And it should be compatible of course)
