Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. unzip attached files to some directory, put mono bin directory to path
2. Run testcase.bat 


Actual Results:

Status panel is in the center of screen


Expected Results:

Status panel must be in the bottom of screen


3. Click in window maximize button in upper right corner.


Actual Results:

Properties panel is in the center of screen


Expected Results:

Properties panel must be in the right side of screen
