SmallXmlParser is not about Sys.Xml. A stack trace is more useful to analyze
where the problem came from to identify if the problem is really in the
configuration xml parser or not (note that it is significantly used in security
etc.).
Can't the test case be with the sources so that we can actually run it? I won't
run the binary without source.
